By completing your purchase, you agree that you understand this no-refund policy. This policy is in place due to the digital nature of our products, which means that unauthorized use cannot be prevented after delivery. All sales of digital products are final. Please ensure you have selected the correct product before completing your purchase.

Furthermore, all products remain the exclusive property of Uplifted Abilities DBA NEMT Startup Coach. Authorization is granted to the purchaser for personal business use only and does not extend to resale, distribution, or sharing outside the individual’s own business operations. Any unauthorized distribution, resale, or sharing of our products is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Coaching and Mentoring Services

For our coaching and mentoring services, we strive to provide the utmost value and satisfaction to all participants. Due to the extensive time, preparation, and dedication our coaches and mentors provide, we have established the following refund policy:

• Before the Initial Meeting: Should you decide to cancel your participation in any coaching or mentoring program before the initial mentorship meeting, we will issue a refund of the payments received from you. However, a chargeback fee of $125.00 will be deducted from your refund to cover administrative and preparation costs incurred on our end.
• After the Initial Meeting: Once the initial mentorship meeting has been completed, participants forfeit 100% of all payments received. We consider the commencement of the mentorship process a significant commitment from both parties, and as such, no refunds will be provided after this point.

This policy reflects our commitment to providing quality, personalized services while recognizing the significant effort and resources invested in preparing for and initiating the mentorship process. By agreeing to engage in our coaching and mentoring services, you acknowledge and accept this refund policy.

Online Course Purchase Policy

Enrollment and Access

Upon enrolling in a course with Uplifted Abilities DBA NEMT Startup Coach, participants will gain access to comprehensive course materials designed to facilitate their learning and development within the NEMT industry. These materials may include, but are not limited to, video lessons, PDF documents, worksheets, and interactive online tools.

Refund and Exchange Policy

• Before the First Course Session: If a participant decides to withdraw from the course before attending the first session, they may be eligible for a refund or exchange. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be as flexible as possible within our operational constraints. However, we ask participants to carefully consider their commitment before enrolling, as administrative and material preparation costs are incurred from the moment of enrollment.
• After the First Course Session: Once a participant has attended the first course session, no refunds or exchanges will be offered. Attendance at the first session signifies the participant’s commitment to the course and its materials. This policy is in place to uphold the integrity and value of our courses, which are designed with the expectation of full participation and engagement from each attendee.
