Cancellation Policy
Refund Policy:
Initial Consultation Policy: After an initial consultation, refunds or exchanges are not available. We encourage clients to fully commit to their decision before scheduling.
Missed Appointments: Clients may reschedule a missed appointment once, within one week of the original appointment date.
Fees for Refund Requests: Clients are responsible for any fees incurred by Uplifted Abilities dba NEMT Startup Coach due to refund requests or bank chargebacks.
Chargeback Policy: In case of a chargeback, access to all training materials and services will be suspended until payment issues are resolved.
Refunds Before Initial Meeting: Refunds requested before the initial mentorship meeting will be issued minus an initial setup fee and a one-hour service charge, totaling $193.99.
Appointment Policy:
Rescheduling Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to notify within this period may result in the loss of the appointment without a refund.
Late Policy: Clients arriving late will have the time deducted from their session duration.
Video Monitoring and Usage Policy:
Quality and Training: Sessions may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance and training purposes.
Promotional Use: Recorded sessions might be used for advertising and promotional purposes. Clients can opt-out of this by providing a written request prior to the initial consultation.

Privacy and Consent: By enrolling in our services, clients consent to the recording of sessions under the stated terms. We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all client information and recordings, except as permitted for use in our promotional materials or as required by law.
